The Church has been created from floor to ceiling with the love and care of genuine Irish hands.

The full reform was carried out by local Irish builders, and the striking artwork that brings the walls and open spaces to life was hand painted by a close family friend and artist who flew in from Belfast to leave his mark on the place.

The Church is a traditional Irish bar with an Irish owner, Irish staff and a genuine Irish atmosphere. There is a strong focus on live music, from visiting bands to our resident DJ, plus a regular Thursday night karaoke where everyone, confident singer or not, is welcome to take the microphone.

One of the real showpieces is the mural that runs the length of the outside terrace wall. It is a conversation starter in its own right, featuring well known Spanish singers, world famous musicians and some of Ireland’s most iconic fighters all side by side. Look closely and you will also spot the owners children and family members woven into the line up of stars, which gives the artwork a unique and personal touch.

Although The Church is proudly Irish, the welcome is for everyone. Guests of all ages and nationalities are made to feel at home, with warm service, friendly bar staff, great music and a bar stocked with everything from the black stuff to premium spirits and ice cold beers.

Our in house mixologist is always happy to shake up one of our signature cocktails if you feel like something a little different from the usual pint. Customer service sits at the heart of what we do, and whatever our guests are looking for, we will always do our best to deliver it to the highest standard.
